Ben Morhac

Founder

Ben Morhac, current Head Coach at Lawrence University and St. Norbert College alum, has founded Lift Off Lax. Ben is a native of Kent, OH and played at St. Norbert College from 2006-2010. A 4 time all conference goalie and 3 year captain, Morhac helped lead the Green Knights to their first and only conference championship in 2010. He wrapped his career being the winningest goalie in the history of the program while also breaking numerous individual records.

Following graduation, he coached at the high school level at De Pere (WI), Westerville South (OH), Big Walnut (OH), and Bexley (OH). Morhac then moved up to the college ranks with stops at Clarke University, Morningside College, and Notre Dame College (OH) before arriving at Lawrence University. During his time at Notre Dame College, Morhac was named the conference coach of the year and won two regular season and tournament conference championships. Before his arrival, the program had never made the conference playoffs. Ben currently resides in Neenah, WI.
